01General Policies
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jazbaz platform and all its services. jazbaz is an online casino and cricket betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

02Eligibility and Age Requirement
The following eligibility conditions must be met to use jazbaz services:

03Account Registration

3.2 Single Account
Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts, abusing bonuses, or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited and subject to penalty.
3.3 Password and Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You are advised not to share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the jazbaz support team immediately.
- Use a strong password (at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols).
- Do not share your login details with anyone.
- Log out of your account after using a public device or network.
- Change your password immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.
3.4 Account Verification
jazbaz may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal or when certain limits are exceeded. This process may require copies of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification.
04Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into jazbaz: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method). Deposited amounts are credited to the account immediately.
All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Using the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory. Using an incorrect reference may result in a delayed credit.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following rules apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
- Withdrawal processing time: typically completed within 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the payment account that was used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
4.3 Fraudulent Transactions
In the case of any suspicious or fraudulent transaction, jazbaz may temporarily suspend the account and hold the funds. Withdrawals will not be processed until the investigation is complete.
05Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
jazbaz offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.
Wagering requirement: 25x. The total bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn.
5.2 Bonus Terms
The following general terms apply to all bonus offers:
- Each bonus is valid for one-time use only and applies to a single account.
- Once a bonus is credited to the account, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified period.
- Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering — details will be noted on each bonus offer page.
- If an attempt is made to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
- jazbaz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
5.3 VIP Program
The jazbaz VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback and other benefits increase as you move to higher tiers. Eligibility for VIP benefits is determined by the jazbaz authority.
06Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
All games on jazbaz are operated fairly and transparently. The games available on our platform are provided by reputable game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming).
6.2 Betting Limits

07Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jazbaz, and any account found engaging in them will be closed immediately:
- Use of bots or automated software: The use of any automated betting software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
- Money laundering: Using the platform to conceal the source of illegal funds is strictly prohibited.
- Bonus abuse: Collecting bonuses by violating the terms of bonus offers or through multiple accounts.
- Identity fraud: Creating or operating an account using another person's information or identification documents.
- Collusion: Attempting to influence the outcome of a game by illegally coordinating with other players.
- System exploitation: Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform.
- Use of third-party funds: Depositing using another person's funds or payment account.

jazbaz may close or temporarily suspend an account in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a violation of any provision of these Terms
- If fraudulent activity is detected
- If the user refuses to provide identity verification information
- For legal or regulatory reasons
- Upon application for responsible gaming protection
Users will generally be informed of the reason before an account is closed, however in cases of fraudulent activity, immediate action may be taken without prior notice.
10Limitation of Liability
jazbaz provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. jazbaz accepts no liability in the following cases:
- If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
- For damages caused by faults in the user's own device or software.
- For faults on the platforms of third-party game providers.
- For damages resulting from insecure storage of passwords or login credentials.
- For personal or financial losses arising from reliance on gambling outcomes.
